This Policy explains what personal and other data may be processed when using Brave Platform, for what purpose it is used, to whom it may be transferred, how it is stored, and what rights the user has.

1. Who is responsible for data processing

INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR RYBINSKYI NAZARII ROMANOVYCH is the operator of Brave Platform and determines the purposes and the principal means of processing personal data within the operation of the service. On matters of privacy, access to, correction of or deletion of data, the user may contact support@bravecapital.com.ua.

2. What data may be processed

Account and contact data: first name, last name, email, telephone number and other information the user adds to their profile.
Authentication and security data: technical identifiers, sessions, tokens, sign-in events and information necessary to protect the account.
Financial data the user enters or uploads: income, expenses, assets, liabilities, investments, transactions, financial goals, budgets, portfolio data, notes, reports and related calculations.
Documents and information the user voluntarily uploads to the platform within the available functionality.
Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, language, technical logs, errors and other information necessary for the stable and secure operation of the service.
Communications with support: enquiries, messages, replies and information the user voluntarily provides when communicating with the Brave Platform team.

3. What the data is used for

to create and maintain the user’s account;
to provide the functions of Brave Platform, to store entered data, and to produce calculations, analytics and other results available to the user;
to provide support, to communicate with the user and to process their requests;
to ensure information security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and maintain stable operation;
to improve functionality and user experience on the basis of technical, aggregated or anonymised information;
to fulfil legal, accounting, tax and other obligations established by the legislation of Ukraine.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Data may be processed to the extent necessary to provide the service to the user and to perform the arrangements made with them, to comply with statutory requirements, to protect the legitimate interests of the operator and of users, and also on the basis of the user’s consent in cases where such consent is required.

5. Cookies and technical means

Brave Platform may use technically necessary cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies for authorisation, security, retention of settings and the correct operation of the service.

If optional analytics or marketing tools are used on the platform, their use must be carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and, where necessary, after obtaining the user’s consent.

7. Storage and protection of data

Data is stored for the period necessary for the operation of Brave Platform, the fulfilment of legal and accounting obligations, the provision of security, the protection of rights and the resolution of possible disputes.

The operator applies reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against accidental loss, unlawful access, alteration, copying or disclosure. At the same time, no online service can guarantee absolute protection against all possible risks.

8. Deletion of the account and data

The user may contact support@bravecapital.com.ua with a request regarding deletion of the account or of personal data. Once the request has been processed, the data is deleted or anonymised, except for information that must be retained in accordance with the law, in order to protect rights or to fulfil other lawful obligations.

9. User rights

to receive information about the processing of their personal data;
to request access to their data;
to demand correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
to request deletion or restriction of the processing of data in cases provided for by law;
to withdraw consent, where processing is carried out on the basis of consent;
to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority.

10. Third-party data

If the user adds personal data, documents or other information about third parties to Brave Platform, the user confirms that they have lawful grounds for such transfer and for the use of that data within the service.

11. Changes to the Policy

This Policy may be updated in connection with changes to the functionality of Brave Platform, to legislation, to the technical infrastructure or to the means of data processing. The current edition must be published in Brave Platform or on the service’s web page.
